From the posted shark warning sign, this appears to be Nauset Beach, and that might be the actual location given that the production filmed other scenes in Cape Cod. I’ve never seen a shark warning sign in the Wilmington beaches, not to say they couldn’t plop one down on Carolina Beach for the sake of filming.

Pretty much every production filming in and around Wilmington has used the stages here. The public is occasionally welcome to do studio tours, though tours are not currently available.
Due to the nature of making TV and movies, the sets change with each production. This means any fans of a particular show would only be able to visit a set if that production is currently being filmed. The current season of a TV show being broadcast might contain sets that have been taken down and replaced with a new set. As such, it is unlikely that a production would want to expose information about upcoming episodes.
Previous tours featured One Tree Hill sets of the interior of the characters homes.
