The Fire (S1 Ep2) – Bucket Brigade at Duke’s House (Demolished)

There isn’t much to see, as they build a facade of a house and placed an above ground swimming pool on a field across the street. Everything was removed afterwards, and it is just a empty cul-de-sac now.

This was an intense set of days of filming from March 27th to April 2nd, 2013. I was one of the many working 4 days with cold mornings, fire, smoke, and lots of sun. I actually got sun poisoning and my face swelled up over the weekend, but fortunately, it went down before we resumed filming on Monday.

Here I am strolling back to holding for more snacks.

I was tasked with running to get help, then running to get buckets. I almost got run over by Rachelle Lafevre as she came driving in to the scene. My toenails are still messed up from running in my boots now 3 years later.

All in all, it was a fun time, and met a lot of people.

Blue on Blue (S1 Ep5) – Visitor’s Day Scenes

Used heavily in the episode “Blue on Blue” (S1 Ep5) from the beginning of the episode and a few scenes after.

Both the bridge and under the bridge were used in “Blue on Blue”.

I personally got a lot of face-time on this episode (in the purple shirt and blue-gray jacket):
